Our first initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation. During this meeting we will be able to evaluate your requirements. At this stage we will be able to explain both the commission route and the fee based route with you and you will be able to decide on which basis you wish to proceed. Please note that if a fee based route is decided on, both parties must agree the fee before any work commences.
Mortgages
Similarly, for arranging a Mortgage, you can select to either pay us a fee or go down a commission route. If you decide on the fee route we will set a fee of 0.5% of the Mortgage amount and refund any commission we receive for arranging the Mortgage. Alternatively with the commission route we will not set any additional fee and we will get paid by the lender.
