An event not to be missed
17th May 2012
At the prestigious RAC Clubhouse Pall Mall
10am - 4pm
Lunch Included
Following our very successful day event on the subject of RDR and from the feedback received, we have decided to hold a follow up with the subject of “How to market a female database”.
Most of us have both male and female clients, but many females prefer to speak to a female IFA. With there being a limited number of female IFAs, this is a niche market for us all.
Whatever your target market is, market research will tell you that it takes between 5 and 12 touches to get your message across; we will explore a number of these to stimulate each of our thought processes and hopefully give us fresh ideas as to how we can market this and other sectors.
Unlike most other events for our sector, there are no sponsors and therefore this day will be an unbiased viewpoint on many different aspects of creating a marketing strategy to target a female database.
As it is believed that there is in the region of only 5% of IFAs that are female, this is a unique opportunity to network with like-minded people and hopefully gain strength and insight from each other and to discuss how to adopt these changes into our practices. You will also have the opportunity to:
- Take some time out to examine your marketing plan, think about your next steps and where you are now
- To develop ideas and new ways on how to market to a sector we can naturally empathise with. Like Carrie Snow said ”A male gynaecologist is like an auto mechanic who has never owned a car”.
- To market a sector you need an understanding on how to reach out and touch them
- Discuss this aspect with fellow female IFAs
- Form business alliances
