FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

For arranging a Mortgage, you can select to either pay us a fee or go down a commission route. If you decide on the fee route our typical fee for arranging a Mortgage is £500. Alternatively with the commission route we will not set any additional fee and we will get paid by the lender, therefore there is no charge to you.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
