For arranging a Mortgage, you can select to either pay us a fee or go down a commission route. If you decide on the fee route we will set a fee of up to 0.5% of the Mortgage amount and refund any commission we receive for arranging the Mortgage. Alternatively with the commission route we will not set any additional fee and we will get paid by the lender, THEREFORE THERE IS NO CHARGE TO YOU.
