Please note, for arranging a Mortgage you can select to either pay us a fee or go down a commission route. If you decide on the fee route our typical fee for arranging a Mortgage is £500. Alternatively with the commission route we will not set any additional fee and we will get paid by the lender, therefore there is no charge to you.
